Custard Parfait

A light and healthy Ramadan dessert, perfect for a quick, nourishing suhoor. It combines creamy Foster Clark’s custard with crunchy granola and fresh fruits for a refreshing, energising treat after fasting.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup milk
  • 1½ Tbsp Foster Clark’s custard powder
  • Honey, to taste
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, banana, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk the custard powder with cold milk until dissolved.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, sweeten with honey, and stir well.
  4. In serving cups, layer granola, fruits, and custard alternately.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

You can prepare the cups in advance and refrigerate them for a few hours. A perfect make-ahead dessert or suhoor option that’s cool, creamy, and ready to serve anytime.
