Brownie Cups with Strawberries and Whipped Cream

A fun and easy dessert layered with rich brownie cubes, fresh strawberries, and fluffy whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Brownie mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 45ml water
  • 110ml oil
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced or diced
  • 1 pack whipped topping mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 115ml cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine water, oil, and eggs with the brownie mix. Whisk by hand until well combined.
  2. Lightly grease a 20×20 cm baking pan and pour the mixture evenly.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until fully set.
  4. Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature.
  5. Cut the brownies into small cubes.
  6. Whip the cold milk with topping powder for 3 minutes
  7. until fluffy and firm.
  8. In each cup add a layer of brownie cubes, a layer of strawberries, and a layer of whipped cream.
  9. Repeat the layers as needed.
