Coffee Toffee Crème Caramel

A refined Ramadan dessert that blends the rich flavour of toffee with a subtle coffee note for a luxurious and elegant treat. Easy, quick, and perfect for post-iftar gatherings or individual serving cups that add a stylish touch to your dessert table.

Ingredients

  • Foster Clark’s toffee fudge crème caramel mix
  • 575 ml milk
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee

Instructions

Prepare the cups:

  1. Distribute the caramel sauce included in the pack into 4 serving moulds.

Prepare the crème caramel mixture:

  1. Mix the toffee crème caramel powder with cold milk and instant coffee until dissolved.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring continuously until it comes to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared moulds.

Chill & Serve:

  1. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours until fully set.
  2. Unmould onto serving plates and decorate as desired.

Foster Clark’s Tip

Increase the coffee to 2 Tbsp if you prefer a bolder, deeper coffee flavour.
