Ingredients
1 pack milk chocolate cake mix from Foster Clark’s
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk chocolate & white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and chocolate chips. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to help the cookies hold their shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes, then bake for an additional 2 minutes to lightly crisp the tops.
Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
