Golden-Brown Cookies

Soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chunks, these Golden-Brown Cookies are every chocolate lover’s dream. Easy to make and impossible to resist, they’re the perfect mix of milk and white chocolate in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack milk chocolate cake mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk chocolate & white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and chocolate chips. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Shape the dough into small balls and place them evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours to help the cookies hold their shape.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes, then bake for an additional 2 minutes to lightly crisp the tops.
  5. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
