A warm, fragrant Cinnamon Orange Cake that blends zesty citrus with cosy spice, simple, moist, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 pack orange cake mix from Foster Clarks
3 eggs (room temperature)
80ml oil
275 ml water
For the sauce:
3 Tbsp cream cheese
3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
Prepare a baking pan greased with oil, pour in the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes, until fully baked.
Once baked, put on a cooling rack to cool.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the cream cheese, condensed milk, and cinnamon.
Once fully mixed, spread over the cake to decorate.
