Orange Cinnamon Cake

A warm, fragrant Cinnamon Orange Cake that blends zesty citrus with cosy spice, simple, moist, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack orange cake mix from Foster Clarks
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • 80ml oil
  • 275 ml water

For the sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
  2. Prepare a baking pan greased with oil, pour in the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes, until fully baked.
  3. Once baked, put on a cooling rack to cool.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing the cream cheese, condensed milk, and cinnamon.
  5. Once fully mixed, spread over the cake to decorate.
