Ingredients
1 pack Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie mix from Foster Clark’s
45ml water
110ml vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the brownie mix with water, oil, and eggs. Mix by hand until well combined.
Lightly grease a 20×20 cm square baking pan and pour the batter evenly into it.
Microwave the peanut butter for 10 seconds to soften.
Drop a spoonful of the melted peanut butter on top of the batter and gently swirl using a toothpick or skewer.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until fully set.
Allow to cool completely, then cut into 16 squares and serve.

You can swap the peanut butter for chocolate spread and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts for a rich, crunchy twist.
