Peek-a-Brownie!

Inspired by the fun of ؛peek-a-boo’, this recipe uses hazelnut chocolate brownie mix to create bite-sized delights that are both whimsical and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie Mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 45ml water
  • 110ml vegetable oil
  • 2 medium eggs
  • For Decoration:
  • Candy eyes
  • Colourful sprinkles
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, oil, and eggs with the brownie mix. Stir by hand until well combined.
  2. Lightly grease a mini cupcake tray and fill each cavity halfway with the batter.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted on the side comes out clean.
  4. Let the brownies cool completely before decorating.
  5. Decoration:
    • Add a small dollop of melted chocolate on each brownie to help the candy eyes and sprinkles stick.
    • Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
  6. Serve as a fun and eye-catching treat for kids!

Foster Clark’s Tip:

You can also use a regular cupcake tray instead of a mini one, it’ll yield fewer, larger pieces, perfect for at-home snacks or a lunchbox surprise.
