Ingredients
For the cake:
Chocolate cake mix from Foster Clark’s
1 shot espresso (or any other coffee)
For the chocolate sauce:
1 cup chocolate milk
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 shots espresso (or any other coffee)
For the cream:
1 cup whipped cream from Foster Clark’s
6 pieces of cream cheese
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 shot espresso (or any other coffee)
Cocoa powder from Foster Clark’s for decoration.
Preparation
Prepare the cake following the instructions on the pack, then allow it to cool completely.
Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients and bring them to a boil.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and the chopped cherries into the cake batter.
Beat the cheese until smooth, then mix in the cream, sugar, and coffee.
Spread the cream mixture over the cake and dust with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
