Ingredients

  • 1 pack vanilla cake mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 275 ml water
  • ⅓ cup sprinkles

For the Topping

  • 2 packs whipped topping mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • Extra colourful sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla cake mix with the eggs, oil, and water, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes, until well combined.
  2. Add the colourful sprinkles to the batter, and gently fold them in with a spatula, until evenly distributed.
  3. Divide the batter into a cupcake tray lined with cupcake papers, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.

To prepare the whipped cream:

  1. Whip the whipping cream powder with cold milk, until a firm, creamy texture forms.
  2. Frost the cupcakes with the whipped cream, then sprinkle extra colourful sprinkles on top for decoration.

For more vibrant, cheerful colours, you can add a few drops of any of Foster Clark’s culinary colours to the whipped cream for a beautiful, eye-catching look.
