Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Strawberry Ice Cream Powder from Foster Clark’s
  • 180ml chilled milk
  • 50g cream cheese at room temperature
  • A handful of crushed biscuits (small pieces)
  • Strawberry sauce (or jam or syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a deep bowl, add the chilled milk, strawberry ice cream powder, and cream cheese.
  2. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a freezer-safe container, spread a layer of the ice cream mixture, then add some crushed biscuits and a drizzle of strawberry sauce.
  4. Repeat the layers as needed, then cover the container and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, stir the ice cream once to distribute the ingredients evenly, then return it to the freezer for 4 more hours until fully set.
  6. Serve in dessert cups, topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry syrup.
