Caramel Pecan Brownies

A rich, indulgent Ramadan-style brownie made with Foster Clark’s Hazelnut Brownie Mix, crunchy pecans, and a luxurious caramel finish. The nuts add a warm festive touch, while the caramel gives a decadent, elegant presentation perfect for gatherings after iftar.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Foster Clark’s hazelnut brownie mix
  • 110 ml oil
  • 45 ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup roughly chopped pecans

For Serving

  • Warm caramel sauce
  • Toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  2. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
  5. Cut into squares and serve with warm caramel sauce and a sprinkle of toasted pecans.
