Date-Toffee Fudge Crème Caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Foster Clark’s toffee fudge crème caramel mix
  • 200 ml date-flavoured milk (unsweetened)
  • 275 ml cold milk

Instructions

Prepare the moulds:

  1. Pour the caramel sauce included with the mix into 4 serving moulds and set aside.

Prepare the crème caramel mixture:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the toffee fudge mix with the cold milk and date milk until fully dissolved.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring continuously until it begins to boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and cook for 2 minutes while stirring to maintain its luxurious creamy texture.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the moulds.

Chill and serve:

  1. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
  2. Unmould onto serving plates and garnish as desired.

Foster Clark’s Tip

You may replace date milk with ready-made chocolate milk for a different, richer flavour that chocolate lovers will enjoy, while keeping the same smooth, creamy consistency.
