This banana pudding is rich, creamy, and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp custard powder from Foster Clark’s
500ml milk (for the custard)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 pack of tea biscuits
Some milk (for dipping the biscuits)
Few drops banana essence from Foster Clark’s
1 pack whipping cream from Foster Clark’s
500ml milk (for the cream)
3 bananas
Preparation
Prepare the custard by mixing 2 Tbsp of milk with the custard powder and sugar, then add the remaining milk and cook on high heat until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, mix banana essence with some milk, and dip the biscuits in this mixture. Layer the biscuits in a serving bowl.
Prepare the whipping cream by combining the mix with milk and beat until thick. Once the custard has cooled, add it to the whipped cream and mix well. Add a few drops of banana essence.
In the serving bowl, layer sliced bananas on top of the biscuits, followed by a layer of custard. Repeat the layers.
Finish by sprinkling crushed biscuits on top, then refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
