Crème caramel meets toffee and bananas for the ultimate layered treat!
Ingredients
2 packs crème caramel from Foster Clark’s
400ml liquid milk
1 can ashta
1 pack cinnamon-flavoured biscuits
1 Tbsp melted butter
Sliced bananas
Ready-made toffee sauce
2 packs whipping cream from Foster Clark’s
1 tsp vanilla powder from Foster Clark’s
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
250g room-temperature cream cheese
Preparation
In a saucepan, mix 200ml milk, 1 pack crème caramel, and the ashta. Cook while stirring continuously until it reaches a boil.
Pour caramel sauce into small silicone moulds, then add the crème caramel mixture. Refrigerate until set.
In the meantime, crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
Whip the cream with the cream cheese, 1 pack crème caramel, vanilla, 200ml milk, and sweetened condensed milk until firm.
In serving cups, layer the prepared cream, toffee sauce, crushed biscuits, and banana slices. Repeat the layers, ensuring the last layer is cream. Refrigerate until chilled.
Before serving, top each cup with a prepared crème caramel piece.
