Colourful Crêpes

A quick and easy recipe that turns simple crêpes into a playful treat with bright colours and a delicious chocolate filling. Perfect for kids and grown-ups alike!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 3-in-1 Pancake/Crêpe/Waffle mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 690ml water
  • Food Colouring from Foster Clark’s (red, blue, green)
  • Chocolate spread for the filling
  • Melted white & dark chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crêpe mix with water until smooth.
  2. Divide the batter into four equal portions. Colour each portion with a different food colour, leaving one plain.
  3. Heat a lightly greased flat pan. Pour a small amount of batter, cook until the top dries, then flip to cook the other side.
  4. Transfer to a clean plate.
  5. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  6. Spread a thin layer of chocolate spread over each crêpe and roll it up.
  7. Drizzle with melted white and dark chocolate before serving.

Use different intensities of food colour to create multiple shades of each colour for extra fun and variety.
