Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 1 pack Yellow Cake Mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 275ml water
  • 80ml vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsps (levelled) Custard Powder from Foster Clark’s

For decoration:

  • Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Colourful sprinkles (as desired)

Instructions

Make the batter:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and custard powder until smooth and combined.

Bake:

  1. Lightly grease a donut baking tray.
  2. Fill each cavity ¾ full with the batter.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until done.

Decorate:

  1. Let the donuts cool completely.
  2. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.
