Ingredients
For the cake:
1 pack Yellow Cake Mix from Foster Clark’s
275ml water
80ml vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsps (levelled) Custard Powder from Foster Clark’s
For decoration:
Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
Colourful sprinkles (as desired)
Instructions
Make the batter:
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and custard powder until smooth and combined.
Bake:
Lightly grease a donut baking tray.
Fill each cavity ¾ full with the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until done.
Decorate:
Let the donuts cool completely.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.
