Sweet Golden Cake

A crème caramel with ashta… A delicious twist on a classic dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1L milk
  • 2 cans ashta
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 packs crème caramel from Foster Clark’s

Preparation

  1. In a pan, mix ashta, crème caramel, sugar, and milk before adding to stove.
  2. Cook while stirring consistently until the mix boils.
  3. In a mould, add a layer of caramelised sugar and top it with the prepared mix.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Remove from mould and flip onto tray.
