- Dissolve 2 packs of strawberry jelly in boiling water and stir.
- Leave aside to cool then add yoghurt and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, heat frozen strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, and stir until consistency becomes like a jam.
- Add jam on top of the yoghurt-jelly mix and serve.
*beef jelly can be replaced with vegetarian jelly. Please prepare following instructions on the pack.
