Yogiberry

Cool off and treat yourself to this creamy and fruity dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs strawberry jelly (beef*) from Foster Clark’s
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups yoghurt
  • Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • Lemon

Preparation

  1. Dissolve 2 packs of strawberry jelly in boiling water and stir.
  2. Leave aside to cool then add yoghurt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pan, heat frozen strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, and stir until consistency becomes like a jam.
  5. Add jam on top of the yoghurt-jelly mix and serve.

*beef jelly can be replaced with vegetarian jelly. Please prepare following instructions on the pack.
