Ingredients
1 cup Buttermilk Pancake mix by Foster Clark’s
3 Tbsps oil
1 egg
160ml milk
For the filling:
Qashta – to taste
nuts
For the syrup:
Equal parts sugar and water
Preparation
Combine the oil, egg, and milk with the pancake mix and stir well
When the pan is hot, pour over the mix.
When bubbles start to appear, flip the pancakes.
For the syrup, boil equal parts of sugar and water until all the sugar is dissolved.
Fold the pancake and fill with Qashta.
Drizzle with warm syrup and decorate with nuts.
