Creamy, dreamy, and irresistibly smooth! Try this easy Muhallabia recipe to treat your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack muhallabia mix from Foster Clark’s
  • 450ml milk
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1 pack whipping cream from Foster Clark’s
  • Additional milk for mixing

Preparation

  1. Prepare the mixture by combining the milk and the muhallabia mix, stir on high heat until thick and smooth.
  2. Spread in your favourite serving bowl and place in the fridge until cooled.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the whipping cream by mixing it with milk. Use an electric mixer to beat until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate.
  4. Once the muhallabia has cooled, spread the whipped cream evenly on top and garnish with crushed pistachios.
