Ingredients
2 cups dumpling mix from Foster Clark’s
500ml warm water (40℃)
Oil for frying
For the syrup:
Equal parts sugar and water
Optional flavours:
2-3 cloves of cardamom
1 Tbsp rose water
Instructions
Prepare dumpling mix as instructed on the pack.
Use spoon to scoop dough into boiling oil.
Fry until golden.
Add to plate and pour syrup.
